CLINIC MANAGER: Plan, direct/coordinate medical & health services in clinics, managed care organizations, public health agencies, or similar organizations. Direct, supervise & evaluate work activities of medical assistants, clerical, service, maintenance, & other personnel. Review the input of patient medical information, profiles and referrals, patient data & records in NextGen Electronic Medical/Health Records (EMR/EHR) software application to ensure that information is accurate & confidential. Review patient visit summaries, doctor’s notes, patient data, & medical results in the Arcadia software application to ensure that information is accurate & confidential. Review claims submitted to, and authorizations obtained from medical insurance companies. Require: High School Diploma/GED & 2 yrs. of work exp. as a Medical Assistant. Work experience should include work with 1) NextGen EMR/EHR & Arcadia software applications; & 2) submitting claims & obtaining authorizations from medical insurance companies. Santa Clara Family Clinic, PLLC has 1 full time position in Houston, Harris County, TX.
